Turbo bleeding

Turbo bleeding
I just got a question about bleeding the turbo intercoolers
I guess I never explained how to
so here is my method for everyone:
I assume you created a vacuum system
there is no real obligation, but by experience,
fist make sure you get all air out of the filling side as with vacuum a little amount of air become a lot and it might extend the bleeding cycle by sucking air in again
In my case, I have upgraded pump that make it even longer cycling as blending air
with pump OFF
create vacuum with input closed, both outs open
open input until all air is gone
then again, create vacuum with input closed
but only the right side (standing front to the engine, the ABC side)
open input and let run until all bubbles gone
then again, create vacuum with input closed
but only the left side
open input and let run until all bubbles gone
this takes about 3-4 gallons
now part 2
same process
but you activate the pump shortly every time by watching your outputs
mostly 3-4 seconds, that creates a boost at the pump pushing the bubbles hard out
if you turn the pump on too long, the bubbles will not go only out but back to the pump and you'll get that air coolant white blend mix again
also, after successfully passed this second part
let the whole engine stand for 30m - 45 min
start over part 2 and you will get a PERFECT bubble free system
for a good perfect bleeding, you'll need to run around 10 gallon / 40 liters of coolant
it takes at least 1 hour
good luck
