'03 SL500 or '02 CL55 or '02 CL600 -- Same Money
(Two Weeks Later)
I just did it...! I found a local Authorized MB dealer who had an As-New, 2002 Black/Black, Non-Smoker's CL 55 with 1,500 miles and no problems...plus it has the (expensive) Telephone Option.
He traded me EVEN for my '03 SL500.
I am happy...my cost including sales tax, lux tax and gas guzzler tax was $104,264.
I am sure the dealer is going to do just fine too!

I need a little bit of insight, help or rational opinion...
I have an interesting dilema--I took delivery on a Loaded 2003 SL500 (Black/Charcoal), picked it up and put it in my garage. While it was a great ride home (30 miles), I am thinking that what I may really want is a CL55 or a CL600. Some initial due dilegence leads me to believe that I can trade my car for either a 2001 CL55 or a 2001 CL600.
So tell me, what would YOU do and why?
