Exclamation Intake Manifold vacuum leak

My find was correct

I found this by watching videos of engine rebuild PRO's

The guy mentioned it shortly but I tilted on it

so here, as started in my new M275 find topic, the full repair
Your chance to have the seal leak is VERY high

here my find and parts

the red and black parts are holding a rubber seal

here the parts to buy for 10$

here with my endoscopic camera views:

parts to replace

here you see the rubber seal

by moving it out it broke so HARD as stone

here the seal is out

Struggling the hard plastic pipe out is pain in the *** as very scared to break it
so stay calm
break little pieces by pieces

a big black plastic piece remains on the manifold ! do not touch that !

good luck !

don't forget the THX button please

important note !

the picture from EPC does not show the right way to fit order

You need to put the rubber seal around the red plastic and insert that plastic with the small side into the fitting
dont forget to place the black plastic on the hose before

then push the hose back into the manifold and click the black piece as cover
