I miss my W216 CL65 something fierce. I have always loved the W215s though. I found a 2003 gray on black CL600 for about $1500 under book. Problem is the ABC pump is noisy so I know I have to replace it at about $2000 assuming the cars shocks and lines are good. Car raises and drops quickly and does not bleed down even after a couple days. Trunk trim piece and small door piece have broken clips so that's a small fix and I have to figure out what rattles in the passenger door when you close it (does not rattle if window is down and you clamp the top panel to the door by hand when shutting) but that's all I can find. Just debating if I should pull the trigger? I do find it odd it has adaptive cruise but not keyless go. On the bright side it does have a Pioneer NEX deck in it so media interface is nice even though steering wheel controls will no longer work.
Car will be about 11,500 after TT&L. I know I can get the pump reman for $275 and install it myself. Not sure what fluid to use and I also am unsure if my Autel Elite will do the rodeo test to bleed the system. If it can than its only a $300 fix plus fluid!
Couldnt even find the thanks button on mobile but car got me home and now I found the thanks button. LOL Very nice driving car. I didnt realize the data card was its options pack. I really wish the car had keyless go. Got spoiled on my last one.
Distronic system failed and shut down a dozen times but after 100 miles it stopped doing that and seems to work fine now.
Now I gotta crack open the owners manual so I can see where the tire pressure is displayed.

big problem on these cars is suspension and ignition coils
you can add "on key" keyless go
but I don't recommend buying these cars if you don't do mecanics unless you have a very deep wallet
Been researching them for years. Just got rid of my CL65 (2012) that was all the way built last year. This one I am staying simple. Tune and remove resonators and thats it. I know about the ABC issues and coils. I am unsure if the coils were ever done but I figure I will do them anyway (unless I can see they are replacement Duralasts) while I do the plugs so I can make sure gap is right for the TCU/ECU tunes.
Front struts look brand new. Very clean and shiny on top compared to the engine compartment. Still fairly sure I will need to do the ABC pump but I own a shop and am unworried.
