Hey everyone, got 2 new error messages today for "Side marker lamp, LF" and "Sidelight, L". I clearly see the sidelight bulb is not working, but my side marker lamp looks fine, not sure why it is throwing that code. Anybody know the part number for the bulb that needs replaced and the DIY for how to replace it? Hope it's relatively straightforward...thanks in advance!
as the connections age, they develop more corrosion and more corrosion will lead to a higher resistance reading usually. meaning your car sees more resistance than it wants, despite the bulb working fine otherwise. maybe try some contact cleaner on the bulbs and sockets
