Drivers door not flush

Drivers door not flush
For some reason the driver's door sits out more than it should. The passenger door is perfectly flush, but driver's not so much.
On older cars (North American) you could just loosen the post and move it in a bit and Bob was your uncle. This car has a
very different setup. I am assuming the adjustment must be in the door? The soft close works, but even if you slam the door it won't go flush.

It's just like any car, just adjust the srtiker part inwards and there you go. It's not perfecet, but way better.
The rest of the door is fine, so no need to rip off the fender or door panels.
