Side Skirt Removal Help

Hello

I am currently tackling small rust patches underneath the car and there is a small rust patch near the front jacking point. To access it properly i'm looking to take off the side skirt (AMG) . It's pretty straight forward as in removing the plastic torx screws underneath and screws each end of the car but i notice from google pics there are 3 upper screw holes but to get to them looks like i have to remove the kick plate but have know idea how to get it off? Any ideas would be a great help : )

Quick update: Managed to remove the kick plate and side skirt. If your wanting to have a go yourself one tip is lift the metal MB logo trim up first, just a good pull and it will lift off. Then to remove the kick plate, best way i found is don't lift it up, prise it and pull towards you and it pops off the plastic tags that old it to the sill, then as per diagram remove the rubber seal, just pulls out, release all plastic screws underneath the side skirt and screws each end and gently pull side skirt off the car. Hope that helps others
