Low Air Volume

I'm a new CL owner, so I don't know if this is normal. When I have the air on full blast, there isn't much volume being moved. I would say that it is like the medium setting on other cars I've driven. The air gets very cold, it just doesn't blow very hard. My first thought is the blower may need to be replaced, but I don't want to do that if there's nothing wrong with it and that's just how they are. Any thoughts?

In my older CLK, when I turn on cabin air filtering, it drops the volume considerably. I usually leave it off for this reason. Unsure if you have that option.

I don't think that is my problem, but I'm not positive. AFAIK there is a charcoal air filter button, but I never have that pressed. If there is another way to activate a cabin filter I am unaware of it.
