Retrofit shift buttons

Hi all, did anyone retrofit his non AMG W215 facelift with the shift buttons?

If yes what is the extent and which parts will be needed.....? steering wheel with buttons and LIN converter, TCU, shift selector (M S/C), Steering Column Control Switch & Clock Spring

Is it plug & play?

Any help will be very appreciated....Thanks
