Transmission lever moving???!

Hello everyone I have a 2002 CL500 with around 170k Miles yesterday I was at a red light when it went green I gave it some gas about half throttle and as I had my hand on the gear lever I feel it and see it move forward a little on acceleration! I was so confused by this I did it another time same thing only does it when I give it more then half throttle, what could this be? trans mounts? thanks!

2002 CL500 to CL55 conversion
That means you have failed engine mounts, possibly also a transmission mount. These three mounts hold the entire front half of the drivetrain in place. After replacing the mounts you’ll find the car will idle smoother and less vibration at idle
