Radiator Grill chrome like tips peeling and/separating

My w215 2004 cl500 is Granite Gray Metallic. The grill is that color also but the chrome like tips of each grill flap is loosening (see pic below) and the chrome wrap or cover on the tip is loosening and the tip is also separating. How can this be repaired. I've pulled the tip to show the separation point. Any one have this issue or idea for solution. I doubt I can order a grill my color but even if I could the grill is in fine shape other wise just the fake chrome edge lol which is a separate piece or strip of plastic. The chrome seems like a wrap or thin tape or strip that has started to separate.
