A/C Pulley missing, should I replace it?
Has anyone had this and tried simply putting on a new pulley? Even a new compressor is reasonably priced at around $250 to $350 CAN. However I wonder if there may be another reason why it was removed.. (Bear in mind the previous owner had/was a hacker mechanic) The condenser seems to be in great shape, as do the lines..Think this could be as simple as the compressor being shot or having bad clutches, or could this be a nightmare to fix?
