2004 Cl500
Ignition will not turn
2004 cl500
1. replaced key fob batt.
2. Steering wheel not locked
3. Used phone camera to check infared
4. new battery
5. Key fob not unlocking trunk and doors
lights flashing below front bumper. Not sure whats going on. Trying to locate fuse for key antena. Next i plan on checking eis but hoping i dont have to go that far. Any suggestions i saw some vids on putting the key in slow etc idk seems a bit much anyway it didnt work lol any advice will be appreciated im going out to stare at it for another 4hrs lol help!!!

I can't help too much...but, these cars do not have a physical steering lock. You can still turn the wheel with the key out.
The battery in the key fob is not required to start the car. The car would still start with no battery in the fob.
When you say the lights are flashing below the bumper. When and for how long?
Could be something to do with the car alarm.
