It's real! Made by Chris Hahn, owner of the "Styling Garage Hamburg". He made many conversions in the eighties, widebodies, stretch limos etc.

I wonder how well it maintains the structural integrity of the monocoque frame/body. I've seen the same type of conversions back in the '80's for the SEC's, but there was apparently a structural problem.
