Key won't turn 2004 CL 600
Hi all,
About 18 months ago. my key wouldn't turn in the ignition, then after several tries it did and started the car as normal. Fast forward a few months, same scenario. This has happened 6-8 times but has always eventually always started. I guess my grace period is up because the key refuses to turn. I called my mechanic and learned that any ignition repairs need to be done by an MB dealer. What is a fair charge for a replacement ignition and the related programming?
