If you have a copy of the MB Workshop Service Software (White cover with 4 CD's inside) I would like to verify the start code for the WIS section. MY EPC works but the WIS does not load. To check this open this software with the the user ID and password. This opens up the "Programs" page. To the left on this page is a list that contains the word "Administration>Server" Press this which takes you to the files under Server. Press the top one "Edit the Access Authorization" and then please make a copy of the 47 digit start key number for the WIS/ASRA (the lower one for the WIS/ASRA) and list this for me. You can highlight and control C this number without any danger. This is 10 times easier than it sounds and I would like to get this info.
