CL500 Suspension Noise ?

CL500 Suspension Noise ?
Hi,
Thought I would see if anyone else has heard this
"little noise". My 2000 CL 500 will make a little grunt
in the rear suspension. Only when accelerating from a full stop.
Never in the morning. Never after about 10 minutes of driving.
But go to lunch. Get in the car for the 2 mile drive back to the office.
It sounds like a fart. Mentioned it to the dealer on my last B service.
No way it would do it while I was there. I have had this car since Feb 2004.
Other than a Parktronic sensor that went out under warranty. The car is flawless. The ABS seems to be fine. Any ideas appreciated.

More ABC Problem info on my 2000 CL500
FYI,
Looks like the ABC problem got worse.
After starting the car yesterday morning.
Loud whine coming from ABC pump.
Picking up some minor vibration too.
Pressure seems OK. But pump is on the way out.
Dealer is replacing pump. $ 3700.00 Item.
Not covered by extended warranty ?
But because the car has only 28K miles on it.
Dealer says Benz is picking up the cost.
Just going to miss the car for the 3 days.
It could be worse.
