I wondered if anyone could please share with the torque specs for the front and rear suspension on a CL500? Something similar to the below which I found shared on benzworld for a W211 would be amazing, but can't find anything definitive for the W215.
For the upper control arm balljoint its something like 20 NM plus 90 degrees.
For the upper control arm bolts, you aren't going to get a torque wrench in there. Its threadlocker plus wrench tight.
Most of the rear ones you arent going to get a torque wrench in there either.
Remember these things have to be tightened with the wheels on, car on the ground. I think WIS says something about "in driving position"
The other ones are probably going to be similar. Mercedes knows the technicians aren't going to always look at the torque specs.
If they do 5 lower control arms, they will probably just do them all the same, if they even use torque wrenches. And mostly you arent getting a torque wrench in there.
