There is none.
Get yourself an installation of WIS/EPC and you're all set. You'll have the official dealer repair guides and Electronic Parts Catalogue. That is everything you'll need on these cars, as every screw is documented in here

I did not find any free options in my searching.
But if may make an inexpensive alternative. I bought a full manual with service and wiring diagrams, digitally for download from a seller on Facebook. The seller is in England. They send you a drop box with the files to install. You'll install an Oracle virtual system on your PC, and it takes about 10 minutes to do. Cost was $15. Perfect IMO, it works really well, and seems to be a mirror of what their techicians use now or did use.

I was hoping for a free copy but don't mind spending a few bucks to get one. From what i have been reading you need a key to access it. Where do you get those? Any PDF copy's on CD/DVD where i don't need a expiring key to access? Found this but not sure how good it is. May just have to get a copy of it on ebay.

You can find them for free, if you know where to find it :-)

After reading this i have another question. When i bought the car the previous owner(or who he got it from) had a laptop with the cables and Multiplexer. He hooked up and showed me the "rodeo". It has Xentry Diagnosis but the car sat for 2 years and when i hooked it up it says it "expired" and can't use it. I have to check but it may already have the EPC, WIS installed. I have no idea who it was registered to or how to get it working again. From what read you have to pay for a years use of it. Is this correct? Any hacks to get it working? Sorry if i should have started another post but i think it's related.

I'm still trying to figure that out. Links would be extremity helpful! Found this one but it says SLC600 not CL600 and doesn't say for what years. Found this and it looks to be what i need but must be a huge file(covers 1986-2015). Seen it mentioned on another forum also and it took them for ever to down load. I fired up the laptop and it says needs to registered not expired. The date on the software is 2015. I'll get more details later this week.

I've had the online download from the UK seller for a year without any problems, WIS, SSL and the other modules/volumes included. But my wife says I'm special, so that could account for it.

I tried searching everywhere for a free PDF manual for my 2001 CL600, but most of what I found wasn’t very reliable. Eventually, I ended up getting the automotive repair manuals from workshopmanuals.org. It wasn’t free, but the manual was comprehensive and saved me a lot of headaches.

I posted this nearly two years ago and still no real answers. Not opposed to the interactive factory software if i can get it free or low cost. That doesn't "time out" and can't use it anymore! What didn't they make a paper service manual! Does the copy you got have complete wiring diagrams and details on the engine sensors and ABC?
