The best car I have ever driven - CL600
When things work right.
When things work as they should. ABC, Engine, transmission, diff, etc. etc. etc. And you're on the highway. Forget speed limits lol. Nothing. NOTHING. I have ever driven or been on comes close to the CL600. The point of the V12 is not all out power, the point of the V12 is everything else, power is a side effect.
Nothing comes close. Nothing I have ever been in with four wheels can come close to the CL600. Until it breaks, but other than that, nothing.

This exact reasoning is why CL600 owners are doing everything they can in order to maintain the car.
It is an absolute pearl to drive around in. The creme de la creme of cars and keep in mind that it's getting close to 20 years of age!

Had a love hate relationship with my CL600. Was like being married to a supermodel with a bad drug addiction. The car was constantly broken down and cost me more than any car I've ever owned to maintain/repair. Was the last time I purchased an MB without an extended warranty. ABC was always failing - Always Broken Car. I'm pretty sure I replaced every hose, at least once, and the ABC pump every 20k miles or thereabouts. When everything was perfect, it was a dream to drive and felt like the car was honed out of a single piece of granite.
