Cl600 Fuel Question
My manual says:
CL500 use 91 octane 96 RON/86 MON
CL600 use 93 octane 98 RON/88 MON
Now, the highest octane we have here (So. Cal) is 91. My questions is, is 93 octane really necessary, and if yes, where can I find it?
Any CL600 owners out there who can share their thoughts?

The engine would run most efficiently and cleanly with the recommended 93 octane, but using any gas indicated as "premium" will be fine on the car, there will be no difference and it will not hurt the car....MB has to have some knowledge that 91 octane is the highest octane available in most of the US...
