I'm looking to order a power steering only pump to replace the tandem ABC pump. I have moved on to Silver's Neomax Coilovers so all the ABC struts are removed and are up for sale. Most posts reference an S500 or E500 PS pump but not the part number. My search on MB Parts shows 002-466-86-01-87 as the correct part. 002-466-86-01-87 This part Replaces previous part numbers: 002-466-37-01, 002-466-86-01, 002-466-86-01-80, 0024663701, 0024668601, 002466860180

Anyone have any experience with the AAE pump reliability? Appreciate your thoughts and advice.

I would buy a genuine used pump from a CLK500, or any other M113 engine without the ABC suspension before using a new no-name pump.

I installed the AAE pump it works great. Quiet smooth pulley ,steering is buttery smooth, and it was low cost. I'll post a full video on my YouTube channel soon with all the details. Taking out abc pump was a real treat. Install of the basic pump was very simple. Swapping it out in the future would take about 30 minutes with all the space I have on that side of the m113 now..
