I found the natural habitat for my CL600.
In a garage on lifts under the watchful eyes of Carl Benz. For every hour I drive the car, it seems like 10 hours of repairs.
Have an oil leak. The dealer told the previous owner that it's the upper oil pan. Looking around down there, it does seem like the upper oil pan.
Doing some research its seems the steps are:
- Remove or at least loosen steering gear
- Hold engine up with engine support bar
- Drop front subframe
- Take out oil pans
Space is very tight in there.
Anyone done the upper oil pan on a M275 ?
I have the WIS instructions, but any tricks would be welcome
