the cl63 is no match for a cl600. i buried him...2++ car lengths from 20-100.

IMO, much more to perf than tq/accel times in a straight-line.....steering precision, brake pedal feel, chassis balance, sport steering wheel, sport seats, paddleshifters, traction, perf wheels/tires, exhaust note, AMG body kit, intimidating brake calipers (not those girlie calipers of 600 ) etc etc make CL63 a much more fun/precise/playful car than the otherwise great, but luxury-focused, 600 was ever meant to be, given its elderly target buyer base....
Will get CL65 upon launch, but suspect will return to CL63, as prefer light, NA, high-tech motor....w/chassis likely to offer better traction/more nimble steering feel vs 65 on real-world roads/twisties....

the look on the guys in the Cl63 face did not speak of any of this !!! All of that is only great if it is in fact faster...otherwise forget IMHO

Had an '07 CL600 while waiting for 63...in its day, 600 was arguably world's best-balanced overall car ....until CL63 arrived ....now, 600 is a car for the >70yo statesman to drive to the country club/doctor's office....
