CL550 Speedometer

Can the Speedometer of the 2007 CL550 be changed from MPh to KMPh .

'07 S550 w/ AMG Package

I know the 2008's can. I don't think the 2007's had this feature, however.

Different Speedo

An additional speedometer (in KM) can be displayed on the dash using function buttons on steering wheel. If you mean actually taken out and replaced, I don't know.

If the instrument cluster software is updated, it will give you an option for KPH or MPH.
