Rim Opinions

So I bought these Lowenhart wheels, I'm still debating whether I like them or not. They look good, but I wanted something with a more aggressive lip, and wider in the rear.

It seems the CL won't take super aggressive wheels? My CLS had a very aggressive setup. The rear lip was huge. It seems I'm fairly limited on the CL no?

Anyway your opinions are welcome.

Bro, I have Forgiatos. Look at my car under the picture thread. Those wheels do not look aggressive.

Ah yes

That's the kind of lip I need. Can you give me the specs on 22's with a huge lip like that. I'm not a rim expert so what's the biggest staggered lip I can go with? 22's of course. I may go back and pick up some Forgiato's that I liked. Then I can use these as my winter wheels. lol.

I have 22x10.5 (6 inch lip) in the rear but you can go to a 22x11 if you are going roll the rear fender. The front is 22x9 with a 4 inch lip. These wheels so look sick on my CL. I get a lot of compliments daily here in Miami.

I'll have to look you up next time I'm in Miami, I was just there last week. I'm not going to roll anything, I'm trying to leave her as untouched as possible. But it's nice to know I can get more aggressive. I looked at some Forgiatos before getting this, but at $6500 I wasn't ready to kick out that kind of money at the time. Now I like my wheels but they're just not giving me that DAAAAAMMMMN factor I'm looking for. I'm not a fan of the black face wheels, since i have black I want to do something chrome not ridiculously chromed out but something sort of classy/sporty/aggressive. CL's are so rare to see that I haven't seen anyone with wheels that made me say, I want those! Your rims do look nice, but not the look I'm going for. I should probably flip through the pic thread and see if something jumps out at me.

Ahh decisions.
