Dension GW500S BT + W216 (06) with Comand APS NTG3?

Exclamation Dension GW500S BT + W216 (06) with Comand APS NTG3?
Hello,

I'm new here. I just bought a '06 CL500 (W216) and I need a solution for BT telephony + iPod music or optional USB. I found the Dension Gateway 500S BT which is what I need - at first sight...

I would like to know if this compatible with the Comand APS NTG3 or not? I tried to find an answer to my question but found different answers on different sites so I'm really confused right now. I also have a DVD changer in the car - I don't know if this matters or not?
