Front rotor and pad set break-in.
2012 CL550, w/ AMG Sport pkg., 19" AMG wheels. Just put four new Continental DWS06 tires on. Looking to put new rotors and pads on front only; rear is fine.
I plan putting on Zimmermann rotors and Akebono ceramic pads. I am confused on how to initially handle the new brake set. Some say there should be "bedding" for 300 miles or so. Other schools say no need to. Both rotors and pads are models accommodating the 19" AMG Sport pkg.
I want them broken in the best they can. Advice?
