I have a CL550 with AMG package, looks pretty much like a AMG63 but without the side vents on front and difusser on the back bumper.

I'm assuming both front and back bumper covers should bolt right on??

I was to make sure before I order the bumper covers and find out I might need additional mounting brackets.

Great question. I have a CL600 and want to put the 65 front and rear bumpers on mine. Does anyone know where i can find them without having to but them from the MB? The dealerships charges a ton.

You most likely will need to replace brackets along with impact absorbing material behind the bumper. Go to https://www.mbonlineparts.com/ and look up front or rear bumper for your model year for the various vehicle configurations. You will see a detailed parts diagram which shows a lot of different parts associated with the bumper. This should give you an idea of how much will need to be changed.
