sticky steering wheel buttons
just bought a 2008 CL550, and the steering wheel buttons have become sticky. i am sure that everybody has had this happen, so there must be a source for replacement buttons - without going to the dealer and paying ridiculous money for them...
so, can somebody tell me where i can get them?

I had the same problem on my 2007 several years ago. There is a coating on the buttons that eventually becomes sticky. I rubbed the coating off with a rag saturated with formula 409. It took a lot of rubbing, but eventually the coating came off and what remained were buttons with the labels unharmed. I did this a few years ago and have had no problems since.
