Rear control module fault
Hello
I've got the dreaded single window which will not operate. Rear right window is dead. Done my research, searched forums, below are my findings;
Regulator is working. Goes up and down with manual power. Error code from module reads; Memory overrun while writing to EEPROM (009266). Cleared it, no good, comes back. Related fuses all checked. Battery unplugged for a couple of hours. Nothing
Any ideas? Firmware upgrade needed? Whole new module?
CL63 from 2008. Am I right in saying there is only 1 rear for the coupe?
Thanks!
G.

This issue is now behind me. I'll post the latest information in-case anyone searches.
I had an independent dealer update the code on the rear control module only (£54 Auto Class, East Midlands UK) which brought the window control back to life. The window refused to close properly (even after a window resync) when you close the door or close the front window. I disconnected the battery for 30 minutes at this point, reconnected and attempted to hold the window switch up for 10 seconds and now all is well again.
Cheers
