Hello, i am looking for a daily drive car and it should be comfortable (about 120 mile daily). Should i go with the CL63 (07), or just the CL500 2009(not the US version 550). My friend told me that the AMG will be hard to maintain and it will be expensive compared to the 500. At the end i found two cars in a great condition, with around 60k miles on both,CL63 2007 and CL500 2009. I think the 500 will be perfect, what so you think about the AMG as daily car?

regards.
I will be honest if you drive 120 miles per day the CL is NOT the car to do that in. While it is the best highway cruiser the cost of the ownership to suck you dry. Especially the AMG. You are talking a car that gets 12 mpg real world lol. If you are set on a CL to drive that much I would maybe look into the CL550 and even that would be costly. I have a CL600 and I couldn’t imagine the repair cost on it if I was driving over 600 miles per week.

My CL500 has averaged 20mpg during the course of my ownership, so the fuel isn't too bad, but I'd agree it's going to be relatively costly to own. I have found labour charges on the car to be very high, but a lot can be done yourself if you're so inclined it's not so bad.
Personally I find the 20inch wheels, whilst looking great, really thump through pot holes and bad surfaces (to the extent I worry about tyre and rim damage) so unless you have perfect tarmac on your journey go for 19 inch wheels and a CL500 (or get a Merc E class to soak up the miles and a CL63 for weekends?!).
