Sunroof Drip Rail

On my recently acquired CL550, the drip rail at the back of the sunroof that's normally spring loaded is just sitting loose not attached to anything, rattling and sliding around. I remember from my previous C216 this piece was normally hinged and pushed upwards by a spring, however I don't remember exactly how it was attached. I hope I can properly install it without having to remove the headliner.

See part A 216 780 00 13 to see what I'm referring to (item 40 in this diagram: http://mbepc.net/1/fg/cl/65v/216371/0/78/045#gsc.tab=0 ).

Could someone with a CL take and share pictures of how/where it's supposed to be attached/hinged, and how the spring should be positioned? The easiest way to view this part is to tilt the sunroof so the back of it is raised, then take a picture looking into the sunroof rails from outside the car.

Thanks in advance.

For reference, here is how it is on mine currently, with the drip rail's hinge point just sitting loose in the air and not attached to anything. Also see how the spring is doing nothing but pressing against the roof. When properly assembled, this drip rail should be hinged on something, and the spring should be pushing it up.
