2008 CL550 w216 Rear strut removal and install help
Good day all I am searching for confirmation that my car is in fact a W216
vin WDDEJ71X88A018538
I have a leaky rear strut have replacement part
and I am struggling on removing the top three bolts of each strut. The lack of room due to the wrest window and the interior sides of make it so one bolt is not even visible
I am looking for direction or suggestions on how to remove those top three bolts (2 ) of three on each side I believe we can reach It's that third one

This video should help, it’s performed on an s550 but the procedure is the same. If I remember correctly the rear shelf needs to be disassembled, not terribly difficult..just a pain in the ***.
