Seems to be a common issue on early C216 cars. My 2007 CL550 has similar deflation failure issues with the lumbar support and one of the side bolsters. At least on my car, the bladders slowly deflate by themselves after a day or two, provided you turn them down in the settings.

get your issue resolved? I am in the same boat. Shoulders and left thigh will not deflate, even when I disconnect airline under seat. I have it at an independent shop to help trouble shoot but their tech didn't seem to have previous knowledge of issue. He is thinking its the air pump. I got them to release once by engaging command while airline disconnected. The tech reinflated them to diagnose and now really stuck
