Has anyone had to re-glue their door panel coverings back on?

Has anyone had to re-glue their door panel coverings back on?
I'm thinking about buying a 2012 CL63 and all of the leather in the center of all each door panel has come unglued and are saggy and floppy. I've been seeing this a lot lately and don't wanna buy the car if I can't get the panels apart to have them re-glued. Has anyone attempted to do this project?

Door panel coverings
My driver side is loosening up. I dont like it. However, i want to get a good idea on how complex og a task it is to get to the glueing part. The glue on is easy peasy.
