Driver's Seat Woes

I wonder if I have a problem with the driver's seat. It seems like the I should be able to tilt the seatback and move the seat back further than where it currently stops. My previous car was a 2004 CL500 and it never felt cramped. I'm 5'10' with a 30" inseam and get more legroom and more tilt in my Honda Accord coupe. Has anyone else experienced this?

What year? I have a 06 CL600 and always felt it was a good size. The 07-14 ones are even larger inside.

I suspect you do have a problem. I'm a little taller than you, and have no problems whatsoever. The seat isn't even all the way back.

I just sat in the passener seat for the first time and the range of motion is greater than the driver's seat. The passenger seat back tilts more and slides back further and I'm hoping that the driver's seat will do the same after I get it back to the shop. I also have a leak. So, the dynamic functionality is not working. I suspect that I can pin down the leak and repair it. I remember my '04 CL500 and '05 SL600 and I never had a problem with legroom. The switches all work fine.

This seat issue is unfortunate becuase everything else on the car is fine both mechnically and cosmetically.
