Engine light and P0128 code

Engine light and P0128 code
Hi guys, I've a problem with my '06 CL 500 (C216): engine light on with code P0128.
I know and I've read a lot regarding this code, and after some test I realized these considerations:
If I don't take the motorway but I drive just some minutes in the traffic, the engine light doesn't turn on.
It's like a problem on how many minutes it reaches the correct temperature, but we are talking about minutes.
I don't think that it's a problem regarding the thermostat, because if I drive in the traffic or also in the motorway but after that period, I have no problem with temperature, or fan, or the heating.
However, I bought a new thermostat and I'm going to replace it, but I would know from you if you have faced a similar problem on yours CL.

- water lever in the reservoir is ok;
- I've hot air inside the car, after a few minutes from a cold start;
- I can cancel the error with the OBD scanner.
