20 inch wheels fitment?
Hi guys,
I just recently acquired 2007 CL500 C216 model.
Tires are bald on my 19s. Thinking of switching to 20s wheels.
Need your opinions on the offset. I found 2 used sets locally but will they fit? Not sure what car they come from.
HRE set:
20x8.5 et 30
20x10 et 38
Lorinser set:
20x9 et 38
20x10 et 38
Planning on wrapping with tires 255/35/20 & 285/30/20.
The HRE set I test fit without tires, front was too much offset that its center hit the knock. Rear was coming out of fender a bit but according to seller if its wrap with tire then the car can be put down to sit and it should be just nice back into fender.
Now what do u guys think of the Lorinser offset? Will they be ok?

I suggest going to https://www.wheel-size.com/ and punching in all the specs. It will tell you what will work, and the differences between your stock vs. aftermarket.
