I have 2007 cl550 and after 15 minutes of driving will pop-up engine code p0335 , crankshaft position sensor . So when this happens and I turn it off it's very hard to start at first but after a couple of tries it won't start at all . When the car is left overnight . No engine codes but yet again after 15 minutes of driving this code will pop up again . here are codes p0335 ,p0005 , p0022 , p0024 . Anyone have any input ??? I find that code p0005 , fuel shutoff valve solinoid , probably doesn't exist on my car ?

You might want to check the W221 forum, as most of the posts related to our cars are over there. But, just put in a new crankshaft position sensor and see if it cures the problem. They're only about $30.

Thanks for responding to my post . little backgound . My best friend , 2007 mercedes cl600 owner , passed away a little over a year ago and got me hocked on the CL platform . I ditched my 2006 GT Mustang for a 1 owner , 65k miles , 2007 CL550 . Great car but wow , complex machine . I find that it sucks trying to find a Service/Repair manual for this car as I try to do most repairs to any of my cars myself . Yes !! I did replace the Crank Sensor and so far so good . I figured that with the crank sensor going out was throwing other codes . Again , thanks for replying .
