C216 Rear Wobble

2013 CL600 (C216), 40,000 miles, ABC suspension, California car till I got it.

I've had this car for 15 months and have been chasing some strange rear suspension behavior ever since.
The car wobbles sideways over certain bumps, sometimes as minor as bridge expansion joints.

Been to the dealer who told me there was nothing wrong with the car and indy shops that couldn't find anything either.
No ABC errors on dash. Been through all the diagnostics, rodeo, pitch, etc. with no errors. Replaced accumulators front and rear.

Yesterday, I attached a GoPro set for slo-mo looking at the right rear wheel and went for the manhole covers that seem to be worse than even bigger bumps.

Short clip (0:24):

Slow-motion clip (1:59) :

It appears that at the end of the upward travel there is a significant toe change that I believe causes the wobble as the wheel toes out and bounces back.
And there are several oscillations after the bumps as though there is no shock absorber damping.

Anyone seen this behavior? Thoughts?

Note that in the slow-motion clip, the wobble happens at the bump starting at :06 to :13. It's very apparent. There is a second example a few seconds later. It's not a very large bump - just a man-hole cover.
