Recently got a CEL

A few weeks ago I got a CEL for P2810. "Pressure regulating valve 7 has an electrical fault. The internal electrical check of component Y3/8y1 has failed"

From my research this is internal in the transmission, but replaceable via just the solenoid or the whole conductor board. Has anyone encountered this themselves?

Prior to the CEL coming on I had been having minor electrical issues. For example, my back driver window didn't always seal when I would close the door. I replaced the accessory battery and all the minor issues are 100% gone. But the CEL has remained. The car drives completely fine, shift super smooth, doesn't consume gas more than normal, and seems fine. I haven't driven the car more than 5 miles since the CEL came on due to not wanting to create a bigger issue. I have been running the car daily for at least 10 minutes to keep the batteries charged and fluids moving.

Can anyone point in any direction? I love this car and really don't want to scrap it. To me, it's worth fixing.

Forgot to mention, I am very mechanical and plan to do as much of this as possible on my own.
