Parktronic problem?

Lately I have had my parktronic beep when I am driving slowly (or even at speed) and there is NOTHING around the car in sight. I thought I was crazy at first but now it has happened 4-5 more times. Has anyone experienced this?

Whatever there's gas in...
Yes and right after it did it, at the next corner the car stalled, roadside assistance came out and told me I had a dead battery.

Sounds like one of the Parktronic sensors is going / has gone bad. Easy to diagnose at the dealer with the Star Diagonose laptop.

parktronic sensors are probably fine. I am willing to bet you have a front licsence plate frame tho. If so, that is the problem.

unfortunately I am not kidding. The plate frame is the problem. Take it off and i guarantee the issue will go away... You can leave the plate on but just no frame. Or try and center the frame on the holder, I have gotten away with doing that.
