Strange dealer experience
On there also, are a couple of complaints that I never made. Parts were replaced, service was done... for issues that I did not know exist.
When I asked the sales advisor about this, saying "hey, I did not say my car makes noise going over bumps", he said they found defective parts upon inspection.... and that it is their policy to fix it all. But that the only way they can really do it, is by me complaining.... and since I didn't, they simply made up complaints.
What do you guys think of this? Some front end parts were replaced, but I found it very odd that they would go bad on a car with 17K miles. If they are bad, why can't they just say "tech spotted faulty part and replaced" so they get their money from MB? This is a little odd... I don't know what to think of it. I just don't like things that are not on the up and up.
