Looking at a 2001 s55

You know, it may be a great deal -- but I wouldn't buy a car with 100K miles on it; and I wouldn't buy a car that has 100K miles that got put on it in only 5 or so years (that's like 20K miles a year).
Are they highway/freeway miles?
Do you know if all of the service records are available to look at?
Perhaps if they were all mostly highway miles, and the car shows an excellent service record...?
I wouldn't hesitate on a well-made car at a good price with 50K or 60K miles if it was desirable enough and clean enough and the miles figured out to less than 12K per year -- but I just don't know about this one....
I am sure someone else will chime in for you-

Well 100K miles is not that much in the real world... I have over 120K on my lexus without any problems and running like new and had plenty of cars with over 100K... I drive alot so I would rack up over 20K miles a year anyway. what are some common problems with these cars? abc pump?
