Wayyyy too many miles. You're going to be paying to fix a $120k car with verrry expensive parts. If you have to buy a car with that high mileage in the first place, its because you can't afford much more. Financial suicide IMO.

Very true.. If the car is selling for less than blue book, depending on how much less, you may be able to justify the repairs.

I would suggest you not buy that car I traded out of a brand new C55 05 into a used cl55 and its the biggest mistake i've made the cl55 has been in the shop 7 times now in only two months of owning last set of repairs were over 9000 including ball joints, steering modules, parking assist mirror, park tronic, broken ciggarette lighter thank god I had a warranty to 100k miles as it was certified pre-owned.
i would advise you to stick with a bmw m3 or m5 or a new car its not worth the hype.
