My car wouldn't start
Hello,
My car stalled on me 3 times in the last 5 month. When the first incident happened I called the roadside assistance and they thought the problem was my battery so they tried to jump start the car which did not help so the roadside assistance tech. remembered that he encountered this problem in the past and he put the car in Neutral and started the car and this worked fine.
After this incident, I took the car in to the dealership to inspect the car and they did not find anything wrong with the car and can not do any additional testing since they can not re-produce the problem (kinda of difficult to re-produce since it only happened 3 times in the last 5 month).
Since the first incident, the problem occurred twice and I was able to start the car by shifting to Neutral before starting it.
I am wondering if anyone has seen this problem before and what was the diagnosis; I need to fix this problem before the end of the factory warranty. Any tech bullitens or recalls address this problem?
