2007 CLK63 Cab
Confused...... What to do.......

I have owned my CL55 since new back in 2003. I recently was trying to sell it and now got someone really interested. Was thinking of going to a CLK63 to have a convertable for the summer but starting to have second thoughts. What do you guys think??

The CL makes such a presence and when I tell people I'm looking at a CLK they call it a womens car. Sure a lot of you are gonna say get the SL but I need back seats and being 6'2" its just to tight.

I'm 6'2" and fit VERY well, with room to spare. I think I'd rather have a 6 series Bimmer cab instead of the CLK.

I'm 6'3 and find the R230 a better fit than the R129, but it's still kind of tight. What's wrong with the new CL ?

2010 CL65
CLK is an ancient-tech secretary's/au pair's/ricer's car in SF/LA/NYC....

SL55/65 was a brilliant car 5 yrs ago....but (had '07 SL65 and several first-gen SL55's when-new), SL is antiquated today....just compare interior materials, infotainment systems, tech of the seats/ventil/massage capabs, etc etc vs '07 CL600 (the codger's non-AMG CL)

Only cars that will easily surpass CL600 in next 6 mos will be CL63/65 (have a CL600 now, to be traded-in for CL63 and then for 65 upon respective launches)....599 is only other relevant, latest-tech rival for CL63/65, but F's safety tech is so prehistoric that I'd give overall nod to CL63/65 (most owners of early 599s I know have also owned numerous 55/65 and are eagerly awaiting their new CL63s and 65s to have "complementary" fleets)....
