Question 2008 CL63 Owners, 1 question

to all 2008 CL63 owners, congrats on the nice and beautiful ride but I do have one question though. since this is the 2-door version of the S-Class, in terms of rear passenger(s) going in and out from the back seat, is it hard? i mean, did anyone of you tried personally going in and out to see how accessible is it for the rear passengers? does it require a lot of "bending" or it is easy going in and out?

I don't have a 2008, but it looks to be close to the same size as my W215 CL600.

My car requires more bending to get into the back than getting into an S-class, and less bending than it would take to get into the back of an SL

Every inch of space that was removed to make the CL a shorter version of the S, was removed from the rear seat leg room. No one can fit in the back of an SL, everone can fit in the back of an S-Class, and tolerant people on short trips can fit in the rear of the CL.

Judging from your observation I guess its really pretty cramped for a good size adult and good space for kids

well once your in it is great...getting in is the trick. women who are dresed up would have a hard time...i own a cl600 and it is only there in minor emergencies for adults.
works great for my 2 yr old though.

Just got our CL63 and yes it is difficult to get in and out of the backseat but that being said it is such a great car I can deal with a smaller back seat. More room than a Bentley!!!!!!!!!!!

actually it has more room than the bently GT ,getting in and out is defenetly not like the Sclass not even close to the short version of the sclass however women size is OK for short journey only people with phobia have problems in 2 door cars the car handles great and it is a great ride
