Anyone catch the latest on Speed channel featuring the CL65 ? Pretty cool, not to mention that girl he had with him was insanely hot...

It was nice to see the CL65 featured. Other than that, I thought the show, itself, was infantile. More like a fantasy for a 16 year old who has been able to sneak out for the evening in daddy's new car. Whoo-hoo, watch me impress all of these REAL IMPORTANT PEOPLE.

Also, why did they only run the 1/8th mile? Seems to me that 1/4 mile times would have had a little more relevance with more of the public.

I saw the episode and thought it was cool to see. That show on the speed channel just started this spring. I think they have aired only 3 episodes and the second was the AMG. I must be infantile, because I enjoyed it. Last night's episode was about the Aston Martin Vantage.
. Will it air again?

After the show I immediately got on my computer checking prices on these. The CL65 is such a classy non-flashy look at me car. It has the attitude "So what I could spank your *** and look conservative at the same time"....

pretty cool also is that he took the CL65 to the local 1/8 mile dragway. Best time I saw on the board was a 7.9x@90 which isn't too bad for a bone stock car on stock tires. This equates to about a 12.3 in the 1/4. His launch technique was weak and he had the chick as a passenger in the car on 2 of the runs! No bad at all considering.....
